He asked potential jurors what they've heard since the crash and if they would be able to keep their work as a juror away from people outside of the courtroom. He touched on the pressure that comes with fielding questions from friends and family. Another big question Kindlon is asking potential jurors is if they have sympathy and if that would play into their role as a juror. One woman said she thinks jurors might lose sleep during this case, "It's going to be hard, there's no doubt about that." The DEC says nearly 2,300 deer were harvested by youth hunters during the Youth Hunt Weekend, a 38% increase from 2021. The DEC credits this increase in part to the success of 12 and 13-year-old hunters who took part in the second year of a pilot program established by the State Legislature, allowing hunters aged 12-13 to hunt deer with a firearm. ...Oli Marmol: 'No one's feeling sorry for us' amid Cardinals losing skid
